Nope. See the "give or take" line under your number? Your actual energy depends on various factors that no tracker can fully take into account, including your genetics, hormones, gut microbiome, your sleep, mental load, training style, and more.
Still, having a rough idea of what your body probably needs can be helpful for calibration. You can use this estimate to see how your actual daily food intake compares, and take that as a hint of which direction you might want to move towards. But in the end, a number from a calculator shouldn’t replace your body’s hunger and fullness signals - if anything, it should complement them.
