These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products and services offered by:

By visiting this website, purchasing a product, or booking a coaching service, you (the "customer" or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of all products and services offered through it, including:

• Free content (YouTube videos, social media content, newsletter, resources)

• The 12-week 1:1 coaching program

• Single coaching sessions

• Digital products

2. Nature of the Content

All content — free or paid — is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

My services do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical nutritional services.

I am:

• not a medical doctor

• not a psychotherapist or any kind of licensed therapist

• not a licensed dietitian (Diätassistent/in) or clinical nutritionist

I hold a B.Sc. in Economics, an M.Sc. in Consumer Science, a certification as Ernährungsberater from OTL Academy (Germany), and a Fitness Trainer B-Lizenz from the Academy of Sports (Germany).

Any guidance provided through my coaching or digital products is based on general health, nutrition, and fitness principles. You are responsible for assessing whether any recommendations are appropriate for your individual circumstances, and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional where needed.

Please also read my Disclaimer before purchasing or participating in any service or program.

3. Health Responsibility

By purchasing or participating in any service or program, you acknowledge that:

• you are solely responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions

• you will consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle — especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions

• you participate voluntarily and at your own risk

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I assume no liability for any physical or psychological effects resulting from your participation.

4. Contract Conclusion

A contract is formed when:

• you complete the checkout or booking process, and

• payment is successfully processed (or the first installment, where applicable)

You will receive access to your purchased content, or confirmation of your coaching booking, after successful payment.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR.

Digital products: one-time payment. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

12-week 1:1 coaching program: available as a full upfront payment or in 3 monthly installments.

• If you choose the installment option, you are obligated to pay the full agreed amount over the course of the program.

• Missed payments may result in suspension of coaching access until the outstanding balance is settled.

Single coaching sessions: paid in full at the time of booking.

6. Access Duration

PDF guide: lifetime access is granted upon purchase.

Coaching services: access and support are provided for the duration of the agreed coaching period (12 weeks for the coaching program; the duration of the booked session for single sessions).

7. No Right of Withdrawal

Digital content: by completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, in doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB. This waiver applies once the download or access link has been delivered.

Coaching services: by completing payment, you expressly request that coaching services begin immediately and that your spot is reserved on your behalf. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived upon payment.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any product or service, including digital products, the 12-week coaching program, and single coaching sessions.

Individual sessions (within the coaching program or booked separately) may be rescheduled free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

9. No Guarantee of Results

I do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, or other outcomes from participating in my programs or using my products.

Individual results depend on many factors, including personal commitment, consistency, and individual circumstances. Any examples, testimonials, or statements shared on this website or within programs are illustrative only and do not represent a guarantee of results.

10. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by me — including but not limited to videos, PDF materials, coaching materials, written content, graphics, and newsletter content — is protected by copyright.

You may:

• use purchased content for your own personal use only

You may not:

• reproduce, share, or distribute any content

• make content publicly available in any form

• use content for commercial purposes

• use the content to train clients, lead sessions, or create your own programs

• upload any content to AI systems, datasets, or training tools

• record, copy, or redistribute any session recordings or materials

11. Prohibited Use

You may only use this website and my services for lawful purposes. You may not:

• breach any applicable local or international laws or regulations

• use my services in any fraudulent or unlawful way

• transmit any harmful software, malware, or similar code through my platforms

12. Confidentiality

Where coaching sessions or communications involve personal information shared by either party, both you and I agree to treat that information with discretion and not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Platform Availability

I make every effort to ensure this website and digital products remain accessible. However, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and am not liable for temporary outages due to technical maintenance, platform issues, or other circumstances outside my control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am only liable for damages caused by my own intent or gross negligence.

I am not liable for:

• indirect damages or loss of profits

• outcomes resulting from your use or non-use of my services or products

• decisions you make based on information provided through my content, coaching, or communications

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

17. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
